Delivery Policy
Orders are shipped using our delivery service on Cash on Delivery. A delivery fee of Rs. 200 is shown separately at checkout. Delivery time can vary by city and courier service.
Order Confirmation
After you submit the checkout form, your order details open in WhatsApp for confirmation. We may contact you on the provided phone number before dispatch.
Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns & Refunds
For damaged, incorrect or defective items, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and clear photos. Approved cases will be reviewed for replacement or another suitable resolution.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order, including name, phone number, address and city. We do not ask for card details during checkout. Your order information is used for order processing, delivery and customer support.
